As someone that has both my personal and commercial accounts at Providence I felt i needed to express how the service and people at Providence Bank are 2nd to none. I have never felt so at home and at ease banking with an institution. The staff is always friendly and the back office, when needed, couldn't provide better customer service. I highly recommend using this bank and am so happy they are here in Holly Ridge.
I give them 2 stars because they have helpful people. Unfortunately the Bank it's self (Providence) has so many little issues. I have found you should call them before you do anything to make sure you are doing it correctly. They are not like most banks that I have usually used in the past.

On Thursday, 11–06-2025, Tucker, our senior and deaf cocker spaniel, had his monthly grooming appointment at Harmony Spa that’s located on Main Street in Holly Ridge NC, behind Providence Bank. Tucker slipped out of his collar and began to run throughout the bank parking lot that’s adjacent to busy HWY 17.
