On Thursday, 11–06-2025, Tucker, our senior and deaf cocker spaniel, had his monthly grooming appointment at Harmony Spa that’s located on Main Street in Holly Ridge NC, behind Providence Bank. Tucker slipped out of his collar and began to run throughout the bank parking lot that’s adjacent to busy HWY 17. Very Friendly and Professional …best customer service I have ever had at a bank!
Be very wary of using this bank for wire transfers. At 1:40 PM on the 29th of May I started a wire transfer for a very large sum of money, in a personal business transaction. The Bank wire department did not act upon this transfer until after 10:00 AM 30 May. Causing undue concern and consternation by both myself and the recipient. 24 hours later the money is well gone from my account and the Bank does not know where it is, the recipient has yet to receive it.
