My husband been with this bank since it was coastal years the old lady closed his acct because of no communication when she called it showed up as spam it was only ten days. Now he has not received a paycheck money lost in the cloud above who knows thanks hed of the bnk lady in jacksonville now how we going to oay bills a day before he got supposed pay with new bank still not there . I thought i been strugglng no alot worse now thanks to u ma'am u know who u are.
I wouldn’t advise trusting a bank with your money if they never answer calls. It shouldn’t take three calls and two voicemails to get through to an associate over 2-3 days. And still not call back.
