I’ve had remedial massages before, but this was my first time seeing Jay—and he was excellent. Super knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows how to read the body. He took his time and worked through everything properly, not just the obvious spots. I felt like the treatment was actually tailored to what I needed, not just a standard routine. Left feeling noticeably better and already planning to go back.
