Coastal Aesthetics is by far one of the best medical spa’s in Wilmington! I had a delightful experience with both Theresa and her front desk staff. The environment is warm, friendly, and welcoming. I had filler for my lips, it was the first time in 10 years and i was a little nervous on how it would turn out. I just wanted to bring my aging lips back to the way they used to be. Teresa listened to what i wanted and i got amazing results, so natural and i love them!! i didn't have alot of faith in it being able to look natural. Coastal Aesthetics has been my go to since i moved here for other treatments and i've never walked away unsatisfied. Great Team!!
