Where do I start? Unprofessional! I booked a 30min app for treatment. I felt rushed, unheard and the nurse tried to double my treatment after a 10second conversation. I was in and out within 2 minutes or less. I also find it extremely concerning the nurse insisted on doubling my treatment which is a medication and unnecessary. I asked the owner to call in regards to my concerns I was “texted” by the time the owner called I was not interested in hearing her excuses which I received via text prior.
