Our business experience in the service here was not professional and I would not recommend. Robert could not explain charges on invoices. He was always out of the office. He also filed our taxes late resulting in late fees due to the IRS. He had all of our information in plenty of time to file within the time limit. Then a year later, I receive a letter from the IRS where he didn't file a document that he was paid to file at all! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! Can never reach anyone in the office when you call, or leave a message… you are told the accountant is always “out of the office.” We dropped our taxes off 3 months ago & still nothing was done. Finally, we just picked everything up & took it all elsewhere. Very disappointing & frustrating to say the least.
