We were told that we were his “Guinea pig” with Rocket Mortgage and it was a total disaster. The day before closing Sam called to tell us closing was postponed and not only were we going to be homeless for a week but our interest rate was going from 5.5 to 6.5 and our monthly payment was going up $300 a month. Never again!
