Did the Triage clinic for a shoulder niggle. Wildly happy with the appointment. Quick and easy, extremely knowledgeable practitioner (Matt) who seemed to know what I was thinking before I said it as I started to describe the issue. Has given me a really helpful and manageable plan, and was really practical (such as looking up pics of the gym I go to online to see if they had a particular machine I could use to do the necessary exercises, as I didn’t know if they did!.) Matt was excellent at finding out what the problem was with my shoulder, did an assessment on the strength and weekness in my shoulder and put in a plan for exercise and rehabilitation to get it back to full movement. Highly recommend Thanks
