My son has been seeing Chris (Physio) and Belle (Dietitian), and both have been absolutely amazing. Chris has been instrumental in managing his injury, and now both he and Belle are helping him work toward his sporting goals through strength, conditioning, and proper fueling. They’re an incredible team—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in his progress. Highly recommend!

Chris is the best in the business. He has exceptional attention to detail and really drills down to the root cause of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. He also identifies related issues that can support overall strength, conditioning, and recovery. I’ve seen real improvements thanks to his thorough approach.
