Hmmm how to be nice but not nice but be diplomatic at the same time hmmm. Got the shoes I wanted at a great price, go for the shoes but maybe not the serly service, her possible good intentions " based on years of service " and her s alecky words , the rolling eyes and overall poor body language ,I think possibly you can retire now u need a break. In summary shoes great, service dogs breakfast. Disappointing
Shoes came within 2 business days exactly as advertised for a great price as well! Give them a go if you need a new pair and support a small business!
My first time in the shop today just wanted staff were so lovley, welcoming and helpful she awnsered all my questions and gave me great additional information, thank you for giving me just such a positive first time experience and making me feel so welcome, Both staff were brilliant and I would highly recommend. I will be back

If it's shoes, socks, hydration, gel, or any other accessories I trust them to provide me with a bit of education and support with my decision making and that is so valuable to me. Tammy is the best for getting a great shoe fit, she is also 5/5 stars, though all of the staff are really :-)
