Been trying to call for weeks. I have never recieved a call back, in fact I had no idea this is where my debt was. God only knows how long it has been growing in there excrement crusted pockets. Pick up the phone and I'll consider changing the review to two stars.
Im am so infuriated at this point nothing ever works the systems conveniently never gets my emails. its like this company is not trying to collect money they are just tacking on interest and telling me to call back I will be contacting the BBB I'm trying to pay back student loans and this company is making that impossible!!! I have been calling back to back for weeks trying to get this resolved and NOTHING!!!

None of their numbers are working. It’s like they’re trying to avoid calls I’ve been calling for 3 days and NEVER got to someone.
