I’ve been coming here for almost a year, seeing Connor for physio, and recently had an athletic therapy session with Laura. They are both amazing, caring, skilled, and supportive. Their treatments have helped me improve my mobility and, most importantly, allowed me to keep working without being held back by pain. Clayton (the owner) is excellent. RMT treatment (Heather) was superbe. Provided relief and increased mobility on lower back, hamstrings and calves that have been injured due to overuse over the past 30 years. Facility, front office staff all excellent. Looking forward to future appointments.

I went today for the first time with Laura for treatment and had an amazing experience with her and look forward to going back to her! The minute I walked in the door reception was so welcoming and lovely and made me immediately comfortable.
Rich is the best! Super thorough and both logically and emotionally intelligent. I am so grateful that he is helping guide my healing journey.
