Buying a house can be a hectic experience for a first time buyer. Jennifer took every worry or concern we had and but us at ease. From the very beginning of getting us set up with a check list and keep us on track made this process one that was stress free. Her communication and walk thru during this process were exactly what we needed. I cannot recommend working with Jennifer more if you find yourself buying or refinancing a house.

This is the third time in five years I've used Coast National Mortgage. Jennifer is the most professional and helpful person I have ever worked with for a loan. I've been in management for over 40 years, and she rates among the highest when it comes to customer service. The rates are always the best out there and she follows the entire process very closely. She's also very helpful when you have a question as she explains the loan in simple language for those of us who do not do this as a career.
