Absolutely never buy not one electronic item in this place ever.!! I purchased Pair of headphones here, go to my car and realize that they are not compatible with my cell phone, Immediately went back in and because the box was opened they would not exchange it… They say that this place is to support service members yet force me to keep an item that is not compatible with my phone… I am truly disappointed.
Friendly staff and great prices on name brands
I recently went to the coast guard exchange in Centreville VA and I received exceptional service from MS Tulsi B. She was extremely courteous in answering all my questions and providing invaluabe advice with the return policy on an expensive electronic item. MS Tulsi B. Thank You for saving me from having to keep a product that I didn't need by replacing a simple cord that fixed my issue!! You Rock!!!
