Today was my first time going to this one. It is right by the rock and roll hall of fame.

Super friendly staff. They go out of their way to make things right. Great prices! Thank you Carol for all your help!! She was amazing;
It is a great store as someone who works in Cleveland and is in the Army, but I will say the hours are not great, though understandable. Great overall though.
