We left Vancouver to visit with our Rad E bikes but forgot our charger at home. We called the store late Saturday and the owner said he may be able to help. Our ferry does not get in til late so we were not able to get into the store before closing. The owner gave us his cell number and opened up the store on Sunday morning to help us, He had the right charger for us and it was a fair price, even cheaper than Rad. Thank you. He is super knowledgeable on E bikes. Would not hesitate to get our bikes serviced here when we come ... read more
