Super friendly and professional shop! Was visiting the area, and they made it super easy to hire the perfect bike to explore the local surrounds. A great way to cruise around town and explore the Northern Rivers Rail Trail!! Thanks very much team!

Excellent service from the team during communication, pick-up and retuning the bikes. Recommended. Shifters are Campy-like mechanism with 50/34 crank. Spare tubes is given in a saddle pouch. We brought our own pedals and they will gladly help to put them on the bikes (just remember to take them back on return 🤣). Riders going for size S road bike (Trek) do take note. Although the bike is size S, the top tube is rather high. Leaving just a little clearance for the rider. You may want to confirm the inseams height needed.
My comment should have been here 18ish months ago. I say this genuinely, Brendan, Paul and staff...are friendly, helpful and will make sure you have the correct bike, if that's what you're considering. Good selection of bikes and accessories, they're Aussie bike riders themselves whom are passionate. By the way viewers...Ben O'Connor won Stage 18 at "Tour de France" earlier this morning. Amazing. Australian team and rider. If you're around Tweed or the Gold Coast... don't be shy, pop in and say G'day.
Had a pretty gnarly nail go through my rim and tyre and Brendan was so helpful and generous with his time helping to figure out the best and affordable fix for this - we’re about 10% of the way there but already he’s been incredibly generous with his time and service so thought it deserved a pre-amble positive review.
