Quit dropping the service!! Twice in one week, and always after the office is closed, so the service is lost until the next day. Unacceptable.

This has to be one of the worst businesses I’ve encountered in my life. They used to have insanely high prices while capping your data! They finally quit that but you never get the speeds you pay for. I honestly don’t even know how this is legal as it’s absolutely false advertising, much like companies like Verizon claiming “unlimited” data on their mobile plans that are really capped at 5gb, at which point they severely throttle your data speeds.
