Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable
terrible, I've never had a bank put a hold on my check for several days, only to inform me that my funds won't be available for 2 weeks.
Have been with CCCU for a little over a year. I have used mobile check deposit regularly. Today, suddenly, without any notice, the app is telling me my accounts are ineligible for mobile deposit. It's Friday night of the holiday weekend, and I cannot cash my paycheck to pay rent or buy food, or even talk to anyone at CCCU about it until Tuesday. Giant fail CCCU.
