Horrible customer service they're entitled and stuck up I'm not sure where they get such entitlement to treat people so poorly but you work at a bank get over yourself. Go to redwood Capital where they actually aren't stuck up coast central your not to good to take my over draft fee but when I need good customer service where are you ???
I like supporting local credit union, but the customer service with this company really stinks. I’ve been hung up on, degraded, and generally disappointed with the customer service whenever I’ve had questions about my loan or accounts.
