But when I book my appointment online, John provided a very good customer service for making sure my appointment is well-prepared. Worst banking experience I had. I just went to the branch to get a bank draft. Verifying my ID takes 5 minutes, talking to the supervisor takes another 15 minutes. Asked me about my previously deposits, which was irrelevant, and took my personal credit card number as additional ID verification. I feel like I am not a customer, I am a thief want to steal from the bank. I will definitely close all my accounts there and will never ever do any business with this credit union.
All staff are knowledgeable and efficient.
