The worst branch i have visited. Horrible customer service just feel humiliated. The rep tells me to remove my glasses since I was wearing my meta glasses and was also not recording just went for a quick deposit. The rep tells me you're not allowed to film- bank policy and I assured that I am NOT recording and I truly wasn't. Even then the rep does a withdrawal instead of a deposit and then had to reverse and fix. Yikes, and I am without my glasses. My glasses are prescription and I am almost blind without them.
