When I first stepped into this branch, if it weren’t for the massive ”COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS" logo and banner behind the counter staff, I would have assumed I walked into the wrong business. “Gangsta’s Paradise” was playing on the radio and unlike most banks or credit unions, the staff looked genuinely happy. I was greeted by a very happy person who beckoned me to the counter.
