Our account was hacked, we reported it immediately, did everything asked of us and Coast Capital administration acted as if we were the villain. Not one sign of support, empathy or help. Can’t wait to move all accounts away from here to a bank that supports its clients.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Coast Capital Savings. I provided every document that was requested, including my T4, pay stubs, and WorkSafeBC documentation. I also explained in detail that I was temporarily off work due to a workplace injury and that I was returning to full-time work immediately. I even offered to have my wife as a co-signer if needed. Don’t rely on their business advisers for business banking advice. They may know the basics but when it comes to anything more complicated, they haven’t a clue and when they do give you information it’s inevitably wrong.
