The message, “it’s not you, it’s us. Online banking is currently down. Please try again later.” Is one you better get used to if you want to bank with coast capital. It’s been a problem for as long as I could remember, and I honestly don’t think it’ll change anytime soon. It’s so frustrating and inconvenient their app and website always seems to be down. Seriously considering banking literally anywhere else.
The ATMs here are so bad they make me want to switch banks
There’s been 3 muggers who keep standing outside the building and nothing has been done about it I tried calling the store and the police but I haven’t gotten any responses
I'm really liking this branch. Perhaps I'm lucky, but each time I've visited I've been helped very quickly. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This isn't my local branch but I'm beginning to believe it's worth the trip.
