my wife wanted to break a $20 into some change. we were told we needed to be members to do that. Fine, we asked about opening an account. Told by the bored person looking up from his newspaper- Need an appointment. No offers to help, just a don't bother me attitude. Certainly don't recommend that branch even though it is very convenient for us
Great Branch, quiet, nice area. Yashin & Taya were so helpful today helping my sons get their first bank account. They were quick and so understanding of the situation. Truly appreciative of them. Thanks so much
Coast capital staff from ocean park and even 152nd street white rock - fantastic service. Quick to help, useful and effective info. Booked me an appointment and account creation in 30 minutes on a last minute urgent request. Taia Testini specifically is incredibly helpful. Answered all my questions, wasted no time in making sure all my bases were covered when she could’ve easily closed the door toward the end of the day. Thank you Taia !
