Absolutely unbelievable customer service <3
Excellent service and investment advice. Banked there for 30 years. Because it is so small, with fewer customers there at the same time I have the feeling of Intimacy there.
I've made many trips to the Ocean Park Branch and I have been treated to great service from all the staff. They solved a number of contentious issues quickly and affectively.. It is a small branch, and occasionally you may need to have patience for a short period of time. Having said that, I'd much rather deal with the Coast Cap staff in-person who show an interest in my financial affairs, and most importantly are very friendly, understanding and approachable; often not the case when dealing on the phone with a random custom... read more
The teller counted my cash twice wrong !!! What’ a shame !!! GURJot was his name believe . With thick lenses glasses !!! Really a teller can’t even count cash . What a shame
