Purged all e-transfer records prior to April 2024. That really screwed things up for me. Thanks a lot. Incredibly low "High Interest" savings account interest at Coast Capital. Time has come to move all my funds out of this bank simply because of this. Update: now the interest paid is even lower. Say goodbye to making money off my back and only returning me peanut shells in exchange!~
Only waisting your time and get nothing at the end
It seems like every complaint I've seen in the comments is fueled by people who need to be babied every step of the way + pure Karen rage, seems like a neat bank happy to hear my credit union is merging with you guys I look forward to joining.
I showed up 5 minutes before they closed not realizing I was asking them to do something that usually takes about 15 minutes - Elena was helping me and she didn’t mind at all! I like that this bank is so personable, where you don’t need to schedule an appointment to simply speak with someone or get help with anything related to banking - compared to other banks where I have to choose a time slot usually days away to resolve even urgent matters.
