I had an extremely disappointing experience at Coast Capital today while inquiring about a line of credit. I believe the manager’s name was Raymond. From the start, the interaction felt dismissive and outdated — as though my financial credibility depended on whether my husband was present. Definitely didn't feel like a valued customer
Purged all e-transfer records prior to April 2024. That really screwed things up for me. Thanks a lot. Incredibly low "High Interest" savings account interest at Coast Capital. Time has come to move all my funds out of this bank simply because of this. Update: now the interest paid is even lower. Say goodbye to making money off my back and only returning me peanut shells in exchange!~
Only waisting your time and get nothing at the end
It seems like every complaint I've seen in the comments is fueled by people who need to be babied every step of the way + pure Karen rage, seems like a neat bank happy to hear my credit union is merging with you guys I look forward to joining.
