Purged all e-transfer records prior to April 2024. That really screwed things up for me. Thanks a lot.
Brutal hours, closes three days for the long weekend and leaves zero envelopes at the atm for deposits. Does anyone at the bank have a brain? They want us tk use the ATMs then they should be stocked. Worse service everytime I go in three or four workers always standing around talking and take forever to acknowledge the client.

Better than 1 star because they were prompt in their replies. Low review score due to poor information management, and dismissive staff. While I’ve never visited this particular branch, I am not sure which branch to assign this review to. I contacted this company for an auto loan finance, and before I had the vehicle they were happy to entertain the loan, even though it was older than their claimed (2014? 2015? they said both) time frame for vehicle year. WARNING do not Trust your finances or assets with this Financial Institution. In 2018 I moved my property asset of 13 years over to Coast Capital and charged egregious penalty fees. Coast Capital neglected to open a basic business account until August of 2022 years after holding my assets ransom.
