Do not bank here. Absolute trash. The staff is uneducated, they will purposefully mislead you, and then look joyful when they've ruined your day.

This place is one of the worst places to open an account, the first time round they told me something was wrong with my Equifax account. And then the second time around, when I went to open an account they kept me waiting for 30 mins. Absolutely unprofessional place. Horrible experience. And then they again went online to open the account because they couldn't figure out why it declined and they didn't do anything with the number that popped up. I have been a Coast Capital member for 38 years and this branch is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I unfortunately needed to go in physically for a transaction. I went in with a patient and positive attitude but once again faced with complete incompetence. Spent 20 minutes of my time with someone who clearly has not been trained has little communication skills and zero understanding on very basic requests and questions.
