During my visits to the area, sometimes i visited the Coast Capital Savings branch for its excellent location near many popular establishments, making it very convenient for handling banking transactions alongside other errands. I primarily use online banking and ATMs for cash withdrawals, so I did not often interact with staff in person. Despite that, I have been consistently satisfied with the services provided to members.
I really can’t speak highly enough about the quality of customer service I received at this branch from Nikola, or about the readiness of Coast Capital in general to work with me and meet my needs as a new member. I’m more than happy to recommend them as an institution and to recommend this branch in particular as your best place to start if you want to ditch the big banks. It was refreshing to feel like helping me was actually the priority, and not just an excuse to take advantage or sell me something.
