Everyone is generally Good there with the exception on one Female Manager who has an office behind the tellers in the corner. Always makes it difficult to get anything done, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A POLICE REPORT AND PAPER ID AND CAN VERIFY YOURSELF, YOU GET TURNED AWAY? Just asking basic questions and they get all side eyed. I found the clerk I was dealing with super condescending and almost short tempered. She had zero etiquette once her demeanour changed towards me. How about you don’t take up a customer service based job if you don’t like being asked questions? Coast Capital is not a bank I would recommend to anyone.
