I’ve been a Coast Capital member for over 10 years, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. I visited the branch twice this week and both times received poor service. First, the deposit process is outdated—having to use envelopes for cash deposits, while other banks like BMO allow direct cash deposits into the machine. Probably one of the worst coast capital ATM locations. Goodluck using the 1980's ATM in the front lobby. there is a 7-14 second time delay between every screen. Makes a 30 second job turn into 5 minutes of wasted time. Workers inside are amazing but that ATM machine alone makes me go elsewhere. update that ATM!!!!! ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE!!!! Went in the bank to get some cash and was THRILLED to find that they updated the ATM system. In and out in 1 minute. A+++++

Unacceptable to go to the ATM for a deposit and have zero deposit envelopes available. Maybe I should bank elsewhere? Edited, how about instead of some useless reply expecting me to phone someone you look after it and fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again. This is another example of crappy service.
