I had zero clue of the reviews before I visited. What an awful degrading experience. Insanely condescending. Booked an appointment to open an account and was rejected practically immediately because they didn't like my ID and didn't think it looked like me. Asks for a debit or credit card and sarcastically told me to instead go open an account with the bank I am already a client with, like she was implying that I stole the card I provided her. I remember this location use to be the A&W restaurant where I worked
I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by Coast Capital Guildford.I had a safety deposit box here which I closed mid year and they did not refund the fee for the balance of the year. They will surely rent it to someone else and charge them the fee for it again. This is open stealing members money. No other Financial institution does that.
