This is by far the best Coast Capital in my experience. Hats off to Gunjan, Francesco and Jonathon. They always go above and beyond and I am forever grateful.
Have had zero problems with staff until tonight. Went to use the bank machine and there was 2 cleaners inside the bank. They had a small dog with them. It was scratching at the glass and barking non stop!! It was echoing through the entrance horribly. 1 cleaner then came out to stand where the machines are , I was like wow maybe get the dog to stop hitting the glass and barking at customers? Been with this location for some time. Employees are great. No problems for me...
I visit this Coast Capital branch occasionally, though I usually manage my transactions online where the service has always been excellent. At times, I stop by the branch to withdraw cash when needed. The branch itself is good, and its location is convenient, with many good establishments nearby to visit before or after completing transactions. I have no complaints during any of my visits.
