Been with tem my whole life.... they are the worst I've ever been with. They have the highest poverty charge (NSF). They do not offer VISA Debit cards.... they changed my signed legal agreement about fees on my free. Chequing account... ive lost thousands literally... over 2 decades. Im with tangerine now.. they have free e transfer, Visa debit. I haven't been fined once in the year I've been with them. COAST CAPITAL IS THEY ARE THE WORST
Most crap bank ever period. Hold on cash deposit for 4 days and counting. Cheque deposit not releasing the first $100. Everything against policy. At 9:30 they are there in the branch and saying sorry wait 5 minutes we have meeting - then 9:45 let me in. Congratulations you won crappiest award!
Saint Paul's hospital lost my ID and bank card when I was admitted for an injury. CC was very helpful in allowing me to make a cash withdrawl despite having zero credentials . Don't worry folks , I had to answer a slough of questions that only the real me would know the answers to before I was given a dime.very very helpful and amazingly friendly tellers and manager at the branch I attended on Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver BC.
