I move around alot and frequently visit a variety of coast capital branches , I have no problems with this branch , in fact they have gone out of their way to make my banking easier and very accommodating to my lifestyle. It's a financial institution not a social club , so don't expect too much outside of straight forward banking and advice . I'm happy here , but every one has a bad day now and again. Peace out
Great customer service! Everyone who works at Coast Capital is always friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised the Richmond office at Ironwood Plaza has very modern, attractive orange light fixtures above the tellers. And you can sit down while completing transactions with the teller. Low light is amazing. No fluorescent lights! Thank you :-)
Worst banking in whole canada. Only advice don't open account in this bank
There was a bit of a wait, but more staff got involved and the line started moving. Staff were very polite and professional.
