5 Stars – Only for Ray Ko at Clayton Crossing I went into the Clayton Crossing Coast Capital branch today on my lunch break to get a new debit card. I explained upfront that I only had my Canadian passport and my Mastercard as ID, but I was also more than willing to provide phone and email verification or any other information needed to confirm my identity. My father was a customer at this branch for years. Most staff knew he was suffering from Alzheimer’s. They did not look after his affairs properly. While waiting for court ruling about his mental illness for months due to covid delays, they let him change power of attorney to a stranger that I warned them about. They knew about his condition and still went ahead with it. On top of that were rude and condescending especially Natalie. After his passing they still made problems…
