My father was a customer at this branch for years. Most staff knew he was suffering from Alzheimer’s. They did not look after his affairs properly. While waiting for court ruling about his mental illness for months due to covid delays, they let him change power of attorney to a stranger that I warned them about. They knew about his condition and still went ahead with it. On top of that were rude and condescending especially Natalie. After his passing they still made problems…
Service above and beyond that which I've experienced at other financial institutions. Furthermore, I have nothing but good to say about other financial institutions. I highly recommend this branch, and it would not surprise me if all Coast Capital branches are as exemplary as this one.
