If you love waiting in lines and staff not knowing how to do their jobs in any form of a timely fashion this is the bank for you. But if you value your time and good service go elsewhere. I will be closing my account for many reasons but mostly because my time is not valued, I’ve been a member for almost 40 years, see yah later coast capital!
Funds were released without probate!! I'm not happy with this banking institution to say the least! I would give them ➖ 5 ⭐ however for me to write a review I have to give them at least 1. I was scheduled 3x to come to this branch just to be told to come back and still did not get the information or update on why funds from my deceased mothers account had been released especially probate was not granted yet.
