I come here every week, Coustomer service is very slow. Teller never show initiative to help. Always have to stand in a very long line up, takes forever to get one check cashed there is no option where i can give less then one star it is pathetic
I came in to make a withdrawal and the teller, Quyen Tranh, was very unpleasant to deal with. It seemed as if she didn’t want to be there or to help me. I had to repeat the same thing multiple times before she would do it and somehow she seemed upset at me about that when it appeared that she was not paying attention. Then she handed me two slips of paper without telling me what to do with them. I waited a bit then asked if I could get my withdrawal amount.
