Worst bank to deal. Customer service is awful and they don't take anything serious.
Everyone is very kind and helpful at this branch, I've never had a bad experience.
After having the worst client service at the Willowbrook branch yesterday, it was a complete turn around when I went to this branch this morning. I was helped by one of the tellers name Grace, she was genuinely friendly and listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to solve my dilemma! Needless to say, I'll be coming to this branch from now on as Grace completely restored my faith in humanity.... kindness 😊
