I was having some issues with logging in and had to visit a branch to get access to my account. Wilson helped me navigate this process today and I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness and professionalism. Just wanted to mention it as I'm finding it more rare to receive genuine and kind service in general and wanted to give a shout out to Wilson for taking the time to solve this issue.
Why are you not shut down if you can’t even serve your community based on their needs? We need a full service branch here, not some ghost advice branch.
