Received invoices for nonexistent appointments. Was seen by them years ago but not recently. Insurance company that made partial payment notified.

Should be zero stars. Beware that bills received are for actual services rendered. We received a bill for services rendered 5 months after the patient's death. Quite impossible. Insurance denied the claim stating the patient was deceased prior to the supposed service date. The family was then billed. When contacting the office, they wanted a death certificate even after stating her death preceded the service. Not even apologetic. Very unprofessional and perhaps fraudulent.

Very knowledgeable & courteous starting from the call to book our appointment. Very clean & warm atmosphere. Everyone had great interpersonal skills & worked as a team to ensure our questions & concerns were addressed before departing. Thank you for quality customer service & care that is dearly missed!
