Customer beware!!! Do not give these guys any loads as they don't pay claims! Full load claim as reefer caught on fire and destroyed my whole load-cut and dry and I even have Tive tracker to prove it and they still refuse to pay for the lost product

i've worked with Kara and Jake and they are nice people to work with, but Nicolle Brummett is a not a person to recommend. she yelled and treat people disrespectfully.

The experience with this company was marked by an unprofessional communication style and a high-pressure approach to scheduling. We found the overall customer service to be unsatisfactory. Due to these issues, we have decided that we are unable to accept future loads and will be ending our business relationship

We had a very negative experience working with this broker. From the beginning, communication was hostile and unprofessional. When our driver experienced a legitimate tire blowout and a fuel card malfunction, we kept them updated by email so there was a paper trail. Instead of working with us, the broker called and harassed our dispatch team, used inappropriate language, and even attempted to stop the receiver from signing the Bill of Lading. Extremely unprofessional broker. Instead of working with us when our driver had a legitimate tire issue, they harassed our team with constant calls and rude language. They even tried to stop the receiver from signing the BOL, which we have proof of. The load was delivered, but the broker continued making false accusations. Carriers, be careful — this broker does not treat partners with respect or fairness.
