Wow!.. next time before taking load its better to read reviews, i am a driver, picked up a load for this broker, it was a dump truck, as it turned out it was oversize, i sent all measurements, so i was told that rate is changed due to this situation, so i went to the truck stop and was waiting for permits, and they started to tell us that we are lying to them, and asked to make new measurements, so i made it, and still they were telling that it is not oversize, i will attach photos as a prove of my words, wide of truck is 10... read more
Our experience with this brokerage mostly depended on the shippers and partners they work with. On several loads, we ran into repeated problems and unprofessional behavior from companies in their network. Because of this, we’ve decided not to work with this brokerage again.
Had the pleasure of working with Zach. Professional, and great communication! Fast loading, fast unloading, no issues. Looking forward to be working with them in the future.
Customer beware!!! Do not give these guys any loads as they don't pay claims! Full load claim as reefer caught on fire and destroyed my whole load-cut and dry and I even have Tive tracker to prove it and they still refuse to pay for the lost product
i've worked with Kara and Jake and they are nice people to work with, but Nicolle Brummett is a not a person to recommend. she yelled and treat people disrespectfully.
