We moved a 60K oversize load for this broker and it was a huge mistake. We will never work with them again. They are rude disrespectful and only care about money not the customer or carrier. They have no respect for carriers. They do not pass on valuable information about the load and now they are perpetuation a lie to damage our business. David is a liar!
Do not book with these individuals, especially Adam or Nicholle. When issues arise, they never admit their mistakes and always blame the carriers. They will never pay you detention fees, even if they promise to do so. They might even send you a revised Rate Confirmation (RC) and then cancel it after delivery. If you encounter these scammers, contact the FMCSA immediately to report them. They must be stopped.
I strongly advise against working with them. They will ask you to perform extra tasks, provide a revised rate, and then remove the extra charges after delivery, claiming that you didn't follow certain procedures. They are very difficult and rude to work with. I did an extra 11 hours of driving due to their mistake, and they didn't even recognize their errors.
