Have been with this company for over 8 years. All good up until the last few weeks. Change of worker, that we have had for over 5 years on 1 days notice. ***** 5 stars for our beautiful worker who looked after both my Mother before she passed & also my Father. She was like family. Change of times for new staff. Handover only organised after I contacted the coordinator. 1 day hand over for 1 staff member. We have now got 2 staff members. 2 hours per day, twice a week.
