Have been with this company for over 8 years. All good up until the last few weeks. Change of worker, that we have had for over 5 years on 1 days notice. ***** 5 stars for our beautiful worker who looked after both my Mother before she passed & also my Father. She was like family. Change of times for new staff. Handover only organised after I contacted the coordinator. 1 day hand over for 1 staff member. We have now got 2 staff members. 2 hours per day, twice a week. Some of the Nurses were good and kind but mostly they were incompetant as two were incompetant in replacing my Catheter one, the second nurse to do so caused my bladder to bleed profusely and a lot of back flow and extremely painful the third nurse didn't put it in correctly and it was left resting on my Prostrate causing more pain and discomfort! Both times I was hospitalised and had the Catheter changed by the hospital nurses! The second time I went into hospital they did a bladder scan where they found that I had 1.3 ltrs... read more
