The most TERRIBLE experience I have ever had with any tax "expert". Waits until very last possible moment to file. Terrible communication. Agent didn't even know I have a business location outside of my home - after working with her for over 6 months. Ultimately I paid her to do the bookkeeping AND file my taxes, but ended up finding a professional.
I wanted to say thanks to Tammy for helping me work on my back tax bill. The IRS just approved the plan she worked so hard for. Great customer service, Thank you!
