Although this law firm does not take pro bono cases; and I cannot afford the retainer fee; Ms. Carter-Coady did take her time to speak with me on the phone and listen to what I had to say. After hanging up from speaking with her, I felt more at ease. I would definitely hire Ms. Carter-Coady to represent me if I could afford her services. She was very kind. Thank you.
