Bus never came. Wasted my time and money
The electric outlets never work they don't provide heat on the bus and the drivers could careless.
Was honestly pretty skeptical prior to booking, due to the multiple negative reviews & sketchy/lackluster information about this company online, but in the end it worked out. I came back to write a review because I promised myself if the trip worked out I’d write a review… and here we are. Was the trip anything special? No. Did I arrive at my destination on time? Also no. Tbh this was not as bad as the other reviews made it seem especially for the price
The worst bus, it stinks inside and some random rude people will just occupy and encroach your seats and the driver along will the customer service are not helpful at all, I think their team and jobs should not exist since they are not helpful at all.
