Used the CoachRun Bus service from D.C. to NYC. Bus was 1.25 hrs late than the scheduled time. No information was recieved about the delay until 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Restrooms were dirty. Wouldn't recommend or use this bus from next time.
Flights to catch in NY. Bus pick up in Wilmington Delaware pick up 315am . 310am received a message delayed bus due to road closures. Bus company unaware of road conditions Unable to contact customer service hours monday-friday be aware don't use company will be filing a claim with the BBB
Arrived 10 minutes before the bus departs. Supposed to leave at 5:15. They sent us an email at 5:30 saying the bus will be around 45 minutes late. I open the bus live tracker, and the bus was actually an hour and a half away. Not reliable at all.
Trifling
I used coachrun for the first time from Boston to NY and the bus was so smelly and the seats were dirty. I literally sat on a seat and it was wet! Never again! I could barely breathe the entire ride because of the god-awful smell
