Used coachmaster for a round-trip drop off and pick up for a group of children going from Binghamton to a summer camp in Western Pennsylvania. The trip there was smooth with no issues. When it came time for the return trip they were nowhere to be found. No one answering the phone both local and 800 number. Luckily someone was able to contact a neighboring business and was able to get a personal contact for one of the employees who was able to dispatch a driver to pick the kids up. Had a guys golf trip and got a van of 10 to drive us to the course and back to the hotel for 2 days. Bus was in great condition and very comfortable. Both drivers were professional! No problems at all and would recommend!! Brian

We had a great experience booking Coachmaster for our wedding shuttle services -- Messiah was so wonderful to work with, excellent communication throughout the entire process!

Our driver had no clue where we were going. Her phone lost service midway along our 1 hour and 30 minute drive and she tried using paper directions from 2003 map quest. They had scribbles all over them in pencil. Printed words were crossed out and hand written notes sprawled into the margins. They were a mess and basically useless. My friend provided his phone for GPS, which our driver graciously accepted...then ignored. She regularly missed turns which added tons of time. Coachmaster was wonderful when coordinating the Shuttle for our wedding. Messiah was so easy to work with even when we had to adjust times a bit and our driver was so friendly!
