Terrible place. Very little information, and buses rarely on time, going or coming. The ticket window closes at 5:30, yet the final two buses to NYC are at 6PM and 6:30PM. It’s 20 degrees outside and we’re all freezing outside in a line waiting for a bus to come that’s already 10 minutes late.
