I really don’t know how this company could have some five star review… I bought a ticket from Ridgewood (NJ) to Woodbury Commons (NY), my bus was scheduled for 10:32 a.m., but it has never showed up!!! Because of that I spent $45 on a uber ride to go to my destination!!! Also I tried to reach out the Customer Service, I just got an AI-generated answer and that’s all, no human attendant to solve the issue. Ok, my ticket is valid for 365 days, but… I won’t use it, I neither live in Ridgewood nor nearby. So it’s more $14 thrown... read more
