Driver was rude. Didn't want to answer questions. Just kept saying get on the bus and I don't know. Only to keep falling asleep while driving!!! And no toilet tissue aboard the bus bathroom.

Typical Bus terminal for a small town, has indoor waiting room with bathrooms and vending machine, A/C, staffed. Convenient location
The workers behind the glass at port authority real clowns 🤡 I don’t know how these people are hired or hold a job with 0 customer service skills !!!!
Too many people, not enough buses, super long lines. I waited on Friday to a 6pm bus since 5:15, too many people couldn't get on the bus. 200 people tried to get to the same bus
