Bus schedule showed one bus at 4:40 PM on Christmas Eve. Showed up to wait for the bus 20 minutes before the bus schedule and waited for over an hour and the bus never showed. Reached out to customer service who lied and stated that the bus arrived and left on time. Gotta love a company who gaslights its customers. Not the first time the bus never no showed and the representative lied.
Utter trash.
Kathy hochul should fund these buses rather than expand rt 17.
The bus did not show up while online booking took order just mins ago. incidents or operations breaking down do happen but they should have added this notification online. People depend on bus schedule to make connections -- Reliability is of the most importance.
WORST BUS SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. NEVER SHOWS UP! I’ve failed two exams at school because of this HORRIBLE BUS SERVICE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND WALK, will be faster than waiting for this garbage service that never shows up. You stink CoachUSA bus. Thanks for screwing up THE ONE JOB YOU HAD!!!
