Dirty buses and poor service from bus drivers all the way to the girls they have directing people at port authority. Also note that in less than a year this company has increased their prices almost 100 dollars for the 40 ride pass and still charges a fuel surcharge????? STAY AWAY ‼️
Coach USA service sucks. They have buses on the schedule daily that do not show up at all. They do not care about their commuters. Provide filthy and smelly buses but want to advertise on TV that they provide quality service. A freaking joke. They still charge fuel charge and extra fees for a service this is non existent. Do better your commuters have to get to work.
Never ever on time.Ever. If you want to get to school/ work on time, get to the bus stop 2 hours early because they be playing with your time and money.
Mala experiencia llegamos a las 17 horas ya que salía a las 17:15 y como se lleno el autobús aún viniendo otro esperamos hasta las 18:50 ... pasamos más frío que en el polo norte. No es recomendable ya que como te venden los 2 trayectos no me sobran 160 dolares para pillar un uber con el trayecto comprado.
