The black lady that works at MIDDLETOWN bus station 4-12 ( I forget her name ) but she is the absolute best! Was very helpful and helped me on one of my worst days… hope you remember me girl thank you so much

Absolutely horrible.Most The east side buses are always late coming and going. I finally had a good driver for the last few years.And now they switched his route, new guys, absolutely horrible and late.All the time. They have a very hard time keeping drivers

Dirty buses and poor service from bus drivers all the way to the girls they have directing people at port authority. Also note that in less than a year this company has increased their prices almost 100 dollars for the 40 ride pass and still charges a fuel surcharge????? STAY AWAY ‼️
