I had recently went in and purchased a bag, great experience! Then I went back and asked if I could exchange the bag for a different color, the sales associate was being very helpful! Another sales associate or possible manger began to interfere with the conversation, saying it was unacceptable to return used bags. She was very rude about it , and talked in a very condescending term. I felt bad for the other sales associate, it’s never okay to talk like that to a customer. I saw a beautiful Coach purse that someone posted on Reddit. I could not find it on the Coach website. Someone else posted that beautiful fairy named Kendall from Coach at La Encantada helped her find the purse and posted the phone number. While NOBODY else at the store could figure out what I was talking about, Kendall dealt with it swiftly and I was able to make my purchase.
