Employees were very helpful.
Staff was really nice and helpful. They could tell im not a "coach kinda person", and helped me find what i was looking for. I just wanted a wallet that wouldn't fall to pieces. The wallet i bought is pretty solid and holding up great. I don't need a man purse, but the wallets are legit and worth the money.
They have a wonderful staff!
I had recently went in and purchased a bag, great experience! Then I went back and asked if I could exchange the bag for a different color, the sales associate was being very helpful! Another sales associate or possible manger began to interfere with the conversation, saying it was unacceptable to return used bags. She was very rude about it , and talked in a very condescending term. I felt bad for the other sales associate, it’s never okay to talk like that to a customer.
