I had recently went in and purchased a bag, great experience! Then I went back and asked if I could exchange the bag for a different color, the sales associate was being very helpful! Another sales associate or possible manger began to interfere with the conversation, saying it was unacceptable to return used bags. I saw a beautiful Coach purse that someone posted on Reddit. I could not find it on the Coach website. Someone else posted that beautiful fairy named Kendall from Coach at La Encantada helped her find the purse and posted the phone number. While NOBODY else at the store could figure out what I was talking about, Kendall dealt with it swiftly and I was able to make my purchase. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of a Coach purse I purchased less than a year and a half ago. I chose Coach specifically because I believed it was a brand known for craftsmanship and durability—but the leather strap on my bag is already ripping and tearing apart with normal use. What’s even more frustrating is when I brought the bag into the Coach store to ask about repairs, I was told it would cost almost $200 to fix it.
