I have always had amazing experiences with past purchases and visits here, consistently receiving great customer service, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing. Blanca assisted me while I was shopping, and her attitude completely ruined the experience. She was condescending and rude when we politely requested to have our item engraved, acting visibly annoyed about having to unwrap it and complaining about the tag size.
