Hi, Today I want to this coach store for the first time trying to look for the new collection that has just dropped ( ERIN COLLECTION) horrible experience, seems like I was racially profiled I knew from first moment I walked in and I didn’t get welcomed into the store as soon as I walked in . Disappointed with my experience. I came into the store to process a return and was not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. One associate mentioned she would help me after finishing with her client, but another associate who had already finished assisting their customer asked people who came in after me if they needed help before acknowledging me. Review is long overdue. If I could give COACH a 10-star review, I absolutely would! From the very first time I walked into the store, I was amazed by how welcoming and helpful everyone was. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a warm, friendly and fun visit.
