Joined Coach House in March 2024 following recommendation from my hubby. I quickly found everyone friendly, very supportive and motivational. It's clear to see how passionate and invested the staff are in their members health and future. Coach House is a real community. Highly recommend Coach House to anyone 👌

Myself and my son joined this gym about five months ago and I can't rate it highly enough. They provide you with as many different in-app programmes as you like and change them every six weeks, included in the std membership. This helps keep up the interest. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much. They are always generous with their knowledge and are keen to give you any advice or guidance you need. This gym has to be one of the best in the country and I have been a member of many gyms across the country over the years - a total hidden gem. The atmosphere is incredible. My partner and I went for a 1 day free trial and signed up instantly because of the enthusiasm, personal attention and guidance Rad gave.
