The department of transportation values staff seniority over the safety of the kids. When I filed a complaint the person I spoke to was accusatory and the driver had lied about the version of events. Worst customer service!!!!
If I could give zero stars or negatives I would. My experience with coach Atlantic is that one of their school bus drivers failed to check their blind spot on a highway at high speeds, and, veered their vehicle into the lane where another vehicle was. My vehicle. Thereby, jeopardizing the lives of others (including, by the way, the two children in car seats in the back of the suv they pushed off the road into a ditch). Perhaps additional driver training is required or blind spot technology enhancement for safety.
